Terra Nova must have received a name list 8 weeks prior to the departure of the tour. If a name list has not been sent by that time all allocation will be cancelled.
Terra Nova must have received the final name list 4 weeks prior to departure. All bookings thereafter are on request but it is negotiable to keep “no name” rooms for longer.
A departure has to be cancelled no later than 8 weeks prior to departure date.
If an individual cancels within a month there is a 30% cancellation fee, 60% within a week and 100% within 24 hours.
Terra Nova acts in good faith and cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness or schedule changes caused by weather or road conditions, force major such as natural catastrophes, strikes or any other irregularities beyond the control of Terra Nova. Luggage is at owner’s risk throughout the tour.
Please note that individual travel insurance is not included in the tour price and all medical cost and other cost involved are paid by the client. It is therefore strongly recommended that participants acquire personal insurance, especially for the active tours.
Payment should be made 30 days before arrival of clients.
